I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in other hotels nearby. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-stocked mini fridge to the small fan provided in the room. The location next to the river was simply beautiful, offering a stunning view from my room. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting me with a smile. The basic amenities were of high quality, and the room had some 5-star facilities, including a pleasant drink in the bar and a relaxing sauna. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all while enjoying the spectacular view.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory; there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The location next to the river was amazing, with a lovely view from our room. The hotel facilities were great, including a sauna and a spa area where we enjoyed a relaxing massage. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Piotr who greeted us upon arrival.

Great location, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet and cozy room with a nice view of the river. Delicious and varied breakfast options. Perfect for dog owners with ample space for dogs to run. Convenient walking distance to Wawel Castle and other attractions. Complimentary shower gel and body lotion provided. Flexibility with early check-in time.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right next to the river, and the view from my room was stunning. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were comfortable and had some 5-star facilities, like a drying panel for clothes and towels. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and I loved enjoying it with the spectacular view of the river.
Everything was fine, there's nothing that could be improved.

I loved the location, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast with a great view from the restaurant. The room had good heating regulation, comfortable beds, and a nice window view. The hotel also had convenient amenities like washing soaps and lotions, as well as a drying panel for clothes and towels.

Es war sauber, und die Zimmer waren gemütlich und mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das WLAN funktionierte die meiste Zeit gut. Die Lage war perfekt - nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt nichts Schlechtes zu sagen.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the river bank. the view from our room was lovely, especially during Christmas time. We also appreciated the convenience of having a tram terminus right outside, which made it easy to get into the city center. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. there was no lift in the hotel, so we had to carry our bags up two levels.
