I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in other hotels nearby. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-stocked mini fridge to the small fan provided in the room. The location next to the river was simply beautiful, offering a stunning view from my room. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting me with a smile. The basic amenities were of high quality, and the room had some 5-star facilities, including a pleasant drink in the bar and a relaxing sauna. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all while enjoying the spectacular view.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory; there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

I loved the location, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast with a great view from the restaurant. The room had good heating regulation, comfortable beds, and a nice window view. As a visitor to Krakow, I stayed at the beautiful Blue Swan hotel for a few nights. My room was perfectly arranged, offering a quiet atmosphere and a stunning view of the Vistula river. I slept well, thanks to the comfortable bed after a long journey. The location was ideal, as I could easily take a pleasant walk to the Wawel Castle. The hotel's breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. I was delighted to find an electric kettle and tea and coffee supplies in my room, adding a nice touch to my stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the river bank. The view from our room was lovely, especially during Christmas time. We also appreciated the convenience of having a tram terminus right outside, easy to get into the city center. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
